Description

The Engagement Week Student Organization Fair is an opportunity for students to explore their interests and passions and find new opportunities to get involved with on campus.This is a chance to find new members, not just to join your organization, but to become invested and engaged as the future leaders of your group.


Each year, PCGB and the Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement host this event which gives organizations the opportunity to reach out to students about the terrific work and services student groups provide. Basically, we will promote the event and provide tables and chairs along Tech Walkway and organizations provide information and fun!

Who can participate?

Chartered organizations in Active/Good standing are eligible to participate. If you have a question about your registration status as a student organization please contact the Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement at leadandengage@gatech.edu. Tables will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee all student organizations a table.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

If you choose to have sound at your table, you can only have sound on Thursday, August 28 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. (This includes playing anything over a sound system, singing, instruments, or anything else that makes nose such as motors.)

Food must be purchased, pre-packaged and individually wrapped. If you have questions regarding a specific food item please let us know.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you just need to check-in at the PCGB Engagement Week Table located on the north west corner of Tech Walkway.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be granted for Wednesday and Thursday registrations until August 25 if there is a student organization on the Waitlist that can fill the table. If there are no longer organizaitons on the Waitlist to fill the table there will be no refund granted. Organizations that register through the Waitlist will be refunded their money if a table does not open. All refund requests should be made via email to pcgb@mail.gatech.edu with "Refund - Engagement Week" in the subject line. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for refunds to process.
